Former Capitals GM, are you aware you are pretty much trading a top prospect for nothing. IF you are trying to get under the cap, move some players to the minors. You have an extra forward and 2 extra defencemen. You are effectively trading a 1st rd pick for nothing.

He's a 68 and upgrades aren't gonna be as generous here as there are at other leagues. I was more interested in McMichael but felt like he was too much.
I can add in LW Jaromir Pytlik TWF 61 (19) - 0.750M RFA 2023 if it helps cause that's who I was planning on giving Caps but he wanted those two cause they're his countrymen.
