If neither of you reached out to PR before hand, this trade will be rejected. There are rules for clauses for trades. So unless PR told you he would waive, follow the trade rules.
Players aged 28-31 will waive their NTC/NMC to teams higher in the standings.
In the off-season, it goes by last seasons standings.
PM PR before posting any trades with clauses. Also, don't sign contracts with clauses and then try to trade them right away.

Oh sorry, I get the league rules confused, I assumed all NMC were waived in off-season. I'll PM the PR now.
No real loss if not, just thought I'd be able to use Palmieri, didn't realize he just signed that NMC

Palmieri won’t waive as he just signed this deal so unless Florida is ahead of him this trade is rejected. Either way Palmieri is disappointed in Edmonton Detroit Red Wings GM who was higher in the standings |

FLA was lower in the standings.
EDM was one of the top teams last season. There is like only 3-5 teams that were ahead of them in the standings.

Just so everyone knows there’s like 5 clauses maybe in the league I think so players are most likely never going to waive unless you’re a bottom team. You signed them to these clauses so you’re stuck with them
