I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like he should be 1/3 of the price for Anaheim Ducks GM as well...

I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like he should be 1/3 of the price for Anaheim Ducks GM as well... If a player with salary retention is sent to the minors, The team that is retaining salary must pay full amount. If a player with salary retention is bought out, the team that is retaining will only have 0.25% of the amount they are retaining count against the cap. Because a player who is sent to the minors can be brought up to the NHL without waivers or having to tell anyone, it may cause confusion/problems for the team that is retaining. If a team were counting only 1/3 of a players salary and they had no cap space and then the player in the minors was brought up to the NHL. The retaining team would have to count the full amount of retention. The retaining team would have a player suspended or have a draft pick taken away for being over the salary cap.
