You need to move a player to the AHL, you only have 5 defencemen in the AHL, minimum requirement is 6 AHL defencemen

He has enough defencemen, even after this trade, he just needs to move 1 to the AHL. Was supposed to do it before the season started but never did. As he's a newer GM, and he has the right amount of defencemen, just listed in the wrong spots, I was not too concerned. Since he's making a trade, thought it was good time to mention to him he needs to update his roster.

The word final doesn't need to be posted. It needs 4 accepts or 4 rejects. Trade has already been done in game.

Not sure if you noticed but a trade thread/post gets moved from "Pending" to "Accepted" once it has 4 accepts. When the trade is done in game, it gets moved to "Added By Simmer".

"final" is usually posted to make sure the trade is not missed and it's at the top for most recent threads
