Not trying to say your trades are bad or stop any of them but as a new GM I want to make sure you fully understand the long term view of trades.

Most GMs in this league have been in sim leagues like this for a while, so little things like a players age and how it may effect upgrades/downgrades are common knowledge to them. or at least they have a general idea with how things are done.
